Organization: The key to increase your productivity

If you are looking for new ways to increase your productivity, we have some good news for you as we will give you one of the keys to make it possible: organization. Keep on reading this article as we will tell you important things that will help you out.

Salomon Juan Marcos Villarreal, president of Grupo Denim, a jeans manufacturer company, advised about this topic: “All of us have the same hours in a day; however, when you get organized and are able to plan your daily activities, you can see the results and how productive you become by practicing these habits”.

These tips will help you improving your organization and increasing your productivity on a daily basis:

  1. Do not go to bed without a planning list – Planning is essential for an organized person, but doing it before you start the day is not enough, the best thing to do is to make a plan before you go to sleep, this way you will start since very early in the morning.
  2. Waking up early – The soonest your day start, the most you will be able to do. Waking up an hour earlier might feel too hard at the beginning, but if you do it constantly, it will become a very healthy and productive habit.
  3. Be careful with social networks – Social networks can be a very helpful and productive tool for your business, but they can also be a great distraction if you do not handle them carefully. Make sure your social networks are not stealing important time from your day.
  4. Organize productive meetings – Meetings are necessary for organization; however, some of them can turn into a waste of time if they do not have a concrete purpose. If you can solve something with a call or an e-mail, it is better than gathering your whole team when it is not necessary.

“With small changes on your daily habits, you can improve your organization and increase your levels of production, but you need self-discipline and constancy to make it possible”, added Salomon Juan Marcos Villarreal.
